Testing and evaluating new programs, identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
Provide timely and expert advice on emerging trends and issues affecting information systems service delivery and Support.
Manage database, application and mobile Apps development when required to automate business processes not covered by corporate applications “ERP system”.
Understand business processes and develop business reports/dashboards to help information systems to effectively support business decisions.
Handle data analytics; Data sourcing, exploration and cleansing to help to build strong knowledge management foundation.
Understanding of software project life cycle and common frameworks.
Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project or others).
